Action Strength was developed by Jeet Kune Do Athletic Association head instructor Harinder Singh. Julio Anta is a certified Jeet Kune Do Athletic Association instructor and an Action Strength instructor. Anta was certified in Action Strength at the first Action Strength certification in Boca Raton Florida by the originator Harinder Singh. This is a great class for the coach potato wanting to get in shape, the athletic weekend warrior or the extreme pro athlete wanting an edge over the competition. Action Strength is divided into 3 levels Coming Back (those out of shape, or injured athlete), Next Level (weekend warrior, in good shape) and High Performance (pro athlete). Action Strength will keep you healthy and injury free.
The goal of the Action Strength training methodology is to develop a complete Super Athlete.
