Anta's Fitness and Self Defense was the first martial arts or fitness center to get certified and begin to teach Fitness Kickboxing in the West Dade area in 1998. Kickboxing is a functional training aerobic workout that works every muscle in your body. Our classes are for everyone from those who want to get in shape, to those looking for the ultimate workout. For optimum fitness you most have low body fat, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone and flexibility. Our Fitness Kickboxing program will help you attain all four factors for optimum fitness. Kickboxing training by certified martial arts and fitness instructors can be a safe and fun workout program that anyone can learn. We offer a variety of classes with different instructors to keep giving you the ultimate fitness experience. We offer bag work, focus mitt, paddle training, circuit training and rhythmic Kickboxing classes. No other workout is more effective or exhilarating!

Our instructors will guide you through positive suggestions and visualization to a journey that sculpts your entire body and burns more fat than anything you've ever tried before, while learning to defend yourself! Martial Arts based aerobics program burn more fat than any other aerobic program. Depending on your metabolism you can burn from 500 to 800 calories in a one hour workout.
